You, it snowed in Virgina... but Nick Husson finished the Frostbite 15k in 59:12 placing second in his age-group. Congratulations Nick!

Team NRGY's Jan Swenson and Frances Caggiano-Swenson completed the Dopey Challenge at Walt Disney World today. They earned six medals after completing a 5k, 10, Half-Marathon and Marathon on Consecutive Days. Despite variable weather - heavy rains to heat and humidity Fran and Jan report that they had an incredible experience! Congratulations!

#CoupleoftheYear Team NRGY's own husband and wife Jan Swenson and Frances Caggiano-Swenson have completed the 3rd Day (the Half-Marathon) at Disney's Dopey Challenge. The weather was much better today (as opposed to the rain yesterday for the 10k). No word on who hold the time advantage but we know its close. All that stands between Jan And Fran and 3 medals (Marathon, Goofy and Dopey) is 26.2 miles touring Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios. Team NRGY's Dopey Challengers (aka "Incredible Couple" - see above)  have checked in after Day 2 - Frances Caggiano-Swenson has stretched her lead to 2 seconds over  husband Jan Swenson after 9.3 miles. Tomorrow is a quick trip from Epcot to Magic Kingdom (you know 13.1 miles) through the Frozen Castle! Good thing they brought their Team NRGY Triathlon clothes as they reported 90 minutes of downpour waiting to start and then more rain while completing the 10k. #MakeitAmazing Tomorrow.
