Congratulations to Jimmy Sosinski who finished 15th overall out of 1800 or so with a 22:33 which is a 5:33 pace in the Fairfax (VA) Four Miler. What a way to end 2015!

What do you do when you need a race and there is not a local one that works on your calendar... you create one. That is what Team NRGY Members (L to R in pictire below) Robert Martzen, Coach Greg Bassett, Karen Noble, Jan Swenson and Fran Caggiano-Swenson did yesterday. Fran wrote about it in her blog - "Run Franimal Run." Congratualtiosn to all for finishing strong. Hats off to Coach Greg for his tremendous bike support.

Congratulations to Donna German, Sierra Winser (2nd AG), Nick Husson, and Steve Albert,. PR's and goals accomplished others had achieved their goals for their race.  Which in and of itself is a victory. The race was held on Sunday December 6, 2015 in Fredericksburg, VA.
